In operation, PET bottles are fed to the upper portion of the
PET Bottle Packer in balanced and divided lanes by customer, or
Nigrelli-supplied, conveyor. Cases are transported on a supply conveyor in a
horizontal position on a gradual incline. The PET bottles transferred onto the
Packer infeed
conveyor, are then grouped into the required configuration and released into a
continuously moving flight bar. The continued forward movement of the bottles and the case
through the machine allows for smooth vertical entry of the bottles into the case. The
product is under complete control allowing for minimal disturbance through the loading
process, and then discharged onto customer supplied conveyor.
Technical specifications on specific PET Bottle
Packer applications are provided upon request.
