ENVOY TRAY FORMER PACKERS FOR GLASS
Nigrelli Systems is currently building its 142nd
Envoy Model TFP Tray Former Packer. Previously dedicated to can production; the
Envoy is packing glass bottles on 30 high-speed bottling lines throughout
the U.S. Nigrelli Systems is pleased to be involved in high speed glass
production; capable of, but not limited to, packing 4 6-packs, 6 4-packs, 3
8-packs, and 2 12-packs fiber wrapped bottles in a tray. The units included
the rotary blank feed systems and
"No Tool" Quick Changeover features.
The Envoy can also be close coupled or integrated with the
Nigrelli Encore SW Shrink Wrapping System
(available for film only (unsupported) and pad and film applications to
meet customer specific requirements; glass, cans, composites in clear,
colored or printed film.

TRAY DENEST &
PLASTIC SHELL HANDLING SYSTEMS
Nigrelli has built its 165th DeNest unit. Currently, there are
29 Pallet Shuttle Systems operating in the U.S. soft drink industy.
Designed to automate the handling of pallet loads of plastic cases to the
packaging line with minimal operator assistance; the accumulation of the
full pallet and DeNest
column conveyor provides the operator with more free time to perform
other production line duties. Each system is custom designed per plant
requirements. Fully auto systems, no operator required, have also been
placed with major soft drink companies. |
Load corrugated tray blanks, chipboard carton blanks, or knocked down boxes
automatically into your
packaging machines using this newly developed work cell. Utilizing a KUKA
six axis robotic arm, Nigrelli Systems Inc. can supply you with an
integrated equipment package that will automatically transfer packaging
materials from pallets to your packaging machinery’s material hopper. |
