Operation
Product is accurately metered to film wrapper
utilizing a specially designed grouping system. Film is then applied utilizing servo
controlled film feed rolls and wrap bar technology incorporating a bottom lap seal. The
utilization of an independent servo driven film knife precisely cuts the film in
predetermined lengths. Our unique self-weaving PLC controlled dancer assembly assures
consistent film tension.
The dual chamber shrink tunnel consists of two
independent belt conveyors with variable frequency drives. The first chamber includes a
stainless steel chain and an independent heat zone with bottom air flow to secure the
bottom overlap seal. The second chamber includes a high temperature nylon reinforced chain
and dual zone shrink chamber with high velocity blowers.

positive package integrity offering the customer better visibility of product, tray
graphics, and bar codes.
