ENCORE Series of Shrink Wrapping Systems are designed to provide excellent reliability, higher output, and greater flexibility to package trayed or unsupported multi-pack products. Nigrelli's high efficiency single-roll wrapping system guarantees accurate metering of film; clear, colored or printed. The system is designed to meet specific  requirements. Units can be provided as free standing or integrated with our complete line of packaging equipment.

Operation

    Product is accurately metered to film wrapper utilizing a specially designed grouping system. Film is then applied utilizing servo controlled film feed rolls and wrap bar technology incorporating a bottom lap seal. The utilization of an independent servo driven film knife precisely cuts the film in predetermined lengths. Our unique self-weaving PLC controlled dancer assembly assures consistent film tension.

    The dual chamber shrink tunnel consists of two independent belt conveyors with variable frequency drives. The first chamber includes a stainless steel chain and an independent heat zone with bottom air flow to secure the bottom overlap seal. The second chamber includes a high temperature nylon reinforced chain and dual zone shrink chamber with high velocity blowers.

    Nigrelli Systems ENCORE Shrink Wrappers assure positive package integrity offering the customer better visibility of product, tray graphics, and bar codes.
